This layaway plan is designed to give customers the flexibility to purchase items in installments, ensuring affordability while maintaining a structured payment system. The plan is tailored for the diverse product offerings on AmmoJo.com (firearms, hunting, camping, fishing supplies, and more) and HellaDrones.com (drones and related technology).

Layaway Plan Details

Eligible Items

  1. AmmoJo.com
    • Firearms (excluding NFA items and ammunition due to federal regulations)
    • Hunting, camping, and fishing gear
    • Automotive, RV, UTV, and marine accessories
    • First responder supplies

 

  1. HellaDrones.com
    • Drones (excluding custom builds or limited editions)
    • Drone accessories and related technologies

 

Ineligible Items

  • Clearance and promotional items
  • Ammunition and explosives
  • Custom or made-to-order products

Plan Terms

Down Payment

  • 20% of the total purchase price is required as a non-refundable deposit.

 

Payment Schedule

  • Payment plans range from 30 to 90 days, depending on the total cost:
    • Purchases under $500: 30 days
    • $500–$1,500: 60 days
    • Over $1,500: 90 days
  • Equal installment payments are due every two weeks.

 

Payment Methods

  • Accepted: Credit/debit cards, PayPal, and certified checks.
  • Payments can be automated through an online portal for convenience.

 

Fees

  • A $25 setup fee applies for all layaway plans.
  • Late payments incur a $15 fee after a 3-day grace period.

Layaway Terms and Conditions

  1. Cancellation Policy
    • Customers may cancel within the first 7 days for a full refund (excluding the setup fee).
    • After 7 days, cancellations forfeit the initial deposit and setup fee.

 

  1. Default Policy
    • If a payment is missed beyond the grace period, the item is returned to inventory.
    • Payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit and fees, will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.

 

  1. Item Pickup/Shipping
    • Firearms require the completion of an FFL transfer before pickup or shipping.
    • Other items will be shipped or made available for pickup after the final payment.

 

  1. Modifications
    • Customers can adjust the payment schedule by contacting customer support (once per layaway term).

 

  1. Customer Agreement
    • Customers must sign an electronic layaway agreement acknowledging the terms.
