Aluminum blocks are also known for adhering well and they heat up fast. To produce the best possible bullets the block halves are CNC machined. In addition the mould boasts a hard anodized sprue plate that is cam operated. Holding the plate firmly in place are spring washers at both ends made from tempered steel.
